All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order minus the return shipping charges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@elikcire.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case by case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
